Welcome to MILFswap! We are happy to announce more details about the MILFswap project, tokenomics and presale.
TOKENOMICS
The $MILF token will have a total supply of 1,000,000,000. The $MILF token distribution will be as follows:
- Public presale — 10%
- Liquidity mining — 80%
- Partnerships — 4%
- Marketing — 3%
- Incentives — 3%
Presale event
We are holding a presale, in order to raise a total amount of up to 5000 $METIS.
How will our presale be conducted?
- We will be conducting our presale on StarStream. You can find information on the StarStream public sales here.
- A total of 10,000,000 $preMILF tokens will be sold during this presale event.
- The amount of $preMILF you receive from the presale will be dependent upon total number of $METIS committed to the sale.
- The $preMILF token will be directly swappable to $MILF tokens at at minimum of 1:1 swap rate. There will be swap multipliers for presale participants as shown in the chart below:
- The $preMILF to $MILF swap will occur just before the launch of the MILFswap dApp and farms, tentatively scheduled for March 22nd, 2022.
- The MILFswap project and all future projects in the MILF ecosystem will be governed by $veMILF holders. Only those who participate in the MILFswap $MILF presale will be able to purchase presale $veMILF, at a steeply discounted rate. The $veMILF presale will occur in late March and will be accompanied by the launch of MILFDAO.
Utilization of the Raised Funds:
MILFswap team plans to allocate the funds raised during the presale event as follows:
- 2500 $METIS (or 50%) to create the liquidity pool for $MILF/$METIS on launch.
- 1500 $METIS (or 30%) for the MILFDAO treasury, which will form the core of the MILF ecosystem.
- 1000 $METIS (or 20%) for the project team. To ensure the robust and continued development of the project, the MILFswap team will not get any token allocation. The MILFswap team will use these funds to purchase team tokens of $MILF and $veMILF on the open market immediately after their respective launches.
